Spotify on Google TV or chromecast
If I want to cast a song from Spotify on my phone to my TV it opens Spotify on my TV but with no sound. All other apps and system sounds work fine on the Chromecast device. I also have a Google TV and this does the same. If I just open Spotify on either TV directly it also has no sound. As a test I setup a hotspot on my phone and connected my TV to that and it then worked fine. It all worked fine until I installed the new router. Any ideas greatly appreciated as the router logs don't show anything being blocked etc.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
May I confirm the router work as router mode and it is not connected to another router?
Please log into the web interface of the router and go to Advanced>>Nat Forwarding>>UPnP >> enable UPnP for a try.

Hi, does your Openreach ONT broadcast wifi signal? If your TV connects to Openreach ONT, does Spotify work properly?

So the plot thickens. I did change the DNS and reset the router but is still the same. I have also noticed since, I can access Google Drive folders but if you want to change access to the folders it doesn't work it spins forvever or until you got to 4g/5g and then works straight away. My daughter uses MS Teams for school and you can't access her school work if you are on WiFi but turn it off and go to 4g andnjt works. Its very odd, I have even tried to temporarily disable the firewall but that makes no difference.
I have a case raised with Spotify and they are looking into it also

I am also finding that certain features of apps like photos on Amazn app, photos in bookingdotcom app don't work until I disable WiFi. It's really annoying, I do wonder if it's an IPV6 issue.
