I have been using this same device for a few years now. Last week I changed the password before going away for a few days. Now even after a hard reset my phone connects to the router but tether does not find the device. My windows pc is not able to open any wepsites although my android phone works fine over wifi.
Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Please try tp press and hold the Reset button(hole) until all LEDs turn on to reset the router to its factory default settings.
Then configure the router again. (Make sure Tether APP is latest)
