I am trying to update my firmware, but I encountered error number 18005. I downloaded the V4 firmware from the official website. After unzipping it, I uploaded it to the browser dashboard, but it didn't work. I didn't rename any file.

That's because you used a FW release for HW v4. Your device is HW v1 according to your description and you're already with its latest FW release.

You're not allowed to use FW release for a different HW version to update the FW.
