Hi guys how I can step up the extender without password? It is possible?

Hi,
You need to be more specific which password you are referring to.
A brand new TP-Link extender shouldn't have any preset passwords. You set your own passwords during the the initial setup.
If the extender was in use before, but you have now forgotten the password, then just reset the extender by pressing and holding the reset button and all passwords will be cleared.
