Hi!
The new Espon printer uses the WireGuard protocol to detect endpoints for the "Scan to computer" feature.
This protocol don't cross the Wifi to Ethernet border. Checked with Wireshark.
What can I do to solve it?
Just to make sure, it works when all devices are Wifi clients.

Hi Peter, thanks for posting question on our community.

As I know, Archer C9 does not support WireGuard protocol. If your wireless and wired clients can connect to the router and work, it is suggested to contact your printer support for some suggestions.
