AX55 1.0 cant write on USB HDD after some time
I've been using a USB HDD for a long time. But now (maybe after firmware updates), I have access to folders on my HDD but can't write or delete anything.
I tried to downgrade to 1.2.0, but it didn't help.
Please, is there a way to downgrade to an even older firmware? I really need access to the HDD because I back up all my work. The situation is very frustrating.

Thanks for trying help me. What do you mean by "select all folders"? I have acces for reading stuff on usd drive but cant write anything any more. It worked fine for about a year or so and now after firmware updating Writing/deleting is denied.

Tha can be bug. Try un-select folders - save it, restart device, select all again. and restart again device. If not help, connect disk to PC, (show hidden folders) remove TP link data on disk, and connect again to router.
If still wont work, download a newest official firmware Archer AX55(US)_V1_1.3.2 Build 20240325 works too on EU devices.
Its there bug with USB storage too but when is all selected should works fine.
Also i already talk with engineers to fix that problem. Because also my AX55v1 and other router with new firmware start having issue with USB storage, they facepalm somewhere in the code...

Thanks! I did as you said. Plugin hdd to PC. Remove tp-link related stuff. Updated firmware to 1.3.2. All folders selected (it was always like that. I didnt change that option ever).
And... nothing. Still has no write permission = ( https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1fB-b5o10GULxFT2aOi-bOUCaFSe_5DCR
The interesting thing is that sometimes, for example next day, I have ability to write files on usb hdd, but for a short period of time. So this is really a bug as you said. I believe we have only one option - to wait while this bug will be fixed in updates.

LOOk i have that problem.
For me that problem appear, when i un-select any sub-folder, my accces to all disk is remove lol. I check on few disk for now. Same problem on AX55v1 and New BE550v1. Its crazy everyone has different problem with same firmware lol. But we both lose control of USB storage.
btw. i have idea, try connect disk to PC, and do "check / repair disk" maybe will find some errors? IF not.. we need wait for new beta firmware which fix that stupid buggy issue.
