After a shutdown, my tp link RE190 starts up with a solid blue light for 5 seconds; then it starts flashing for another 5 seconds, until it no longer emits lights.
I tried several times to reset it, but unfortunately I couldn't.
Do you know what I can do?

Will all the lights change like this and keep cycling? please try the following suggestions:
1. Try different power sockets.
2. Keep the RE190 powered on, and use a pin to press the reset button until you see all lights blink once.
If it still cannot help, please contact the local support and provide with the results of the steps above.
