The 5G network does not work on the device, although it worked previously. I did a factory reset and it did not work either

Hi,

Do you mean the RE650 cannot connect to the router's 5G WIF? Can the 2.4G connect normally?

Please make sure that you have input the 5G WIFI password correctly, and also try to change the 5G channel to 36 on the main router.
