Cant upgrade my Deco X60(3.0)

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.0.9

Both of my X60(3.0) have firmware version 1.0.9. I am trying to upgrade to the newest version 1.2.5 without success.

I followed the manual and tried logging in to the router and going Advanced -> System -> Firmware Upgrade. Then I pressed Check For Upgrades -> Upgrade -> Upgrade. Everything looks normal, I get a progress bars for Downloading -> Upgrading -> Rebooting. After this process I see that no upgrades were made.

I also tried downloading the firmware and installing this. Tried also on wireless and wired connection as well as from the App.

Is there another way I can do the firmware upgrade?

Hi,

Please make sure that the internet is working normally on both your phone and on Deco when you upgrade firmware.

You can update/reinstall the APP, connect the phone to the Deco network and try to upgrade again.

If it still cannot help, you can also upgrade the firmware via webpage: How to Update the Firmware of Deco.
