When I plug my device in my PC it completely crahes and needs to restart or rest. I've tried changing usb slots and deleting old drivers and updating the one I'm using but It didn't work. When I plug it in and when it connects to the internet my PC restarts. What should I do?

Hi,

 

If you have trouble installing the driver for the adapter, you can refer to this guidance:Problems you may come across during the driver installation of the TP-Link wireless adapter.

If you have successfully installed the adapter, and have met some issues while connecting to the internet, you can uninstall the driver and install the newest driver from our official website manually.

 

Besides, you can also test the adapter with other computers.
