I have reset the extender several times. I can connect other devices, such as phones and tablets, but not my laptop.

Hi,

 

Do you get any error message when failed to connect to the WIFI?

You can move it nearer to the extender, forget the network and try to connect again. Please confirm that you did not enter space when you input the password.

 

Are you using the same SSID for the extended network? Please also test if the laptop can connect to the router normally.
