I was a user of deco network. Then I moved out and moved in another condo.

Then deco app can't find my Deco.

I tried many times. I connected one of deco to TME router.  Time router is connecting to Windows 11 PC too.

I uninstall many time of Deco app from my handy phone.

Thank you for your response.

App found out my Deco.

So my trouble was fixed.

Maybe reboot of Android was needed.

Hi,

 

Please make sure that you logged in with the owner account, connect the phone to the Deco WIFI, enable the location permission for Deco APP and then refresh the Deco APP.

 

Have you reset and reconfigured the Deco network after you move? If you have done that, the Deco APP can no longer find the old network any more as it is deleted.

App found out my Deco.
