lan port not working

i brought my tp link archer A6 around 1 year ago, it was working fine but yesterday it stopped working. we checked all the wires and they were updated as well. but the internet provider told us that the input port got damaged somehow, so how is it possible? we dont even touch the router. is it fixable?

Can you please connect some other device to the WAN port of the Archer A6 to do a crosscheck? So that we can be sure the problem is the WAN port of the A6 and not the LAN port of the ISP device.
What I mean is get a laptop computer or desktop computer or anything else that has an Ethernet port (TV, NAS, etc.) and also get a different Ethernet cable and then connect it with the blue WAN port of the Archer A6 and see whether the rightmost light turns orange or if it still remains off.
If you've tried to connect different devices and different cables and the rightmost light is always off, then I am afraid the WAN port of your Archer A6 must indeed be broken and you have to make a warranty claim if it's still possible.

Hi, if you have used an Ethernet cable to connect WAN port to either Lan port at the same time but the internet LED (global icon) is still off, and factory reset did not help. I am afraid the router is defective. You may contact the local retailer to confirm warranty.

Hi,
If you are talking about the "input port", then I guess you mean the blue "WAN" port, right?
The status of the WAN port of the Archer A6 is indicated by the rightmost LED light.
Is the rightmost LED currently off, lights up in orange color or in green color?
What is the status of the other four LEDs ?

@woozle other lines and ports even the router network is working fine but the rightest light which belongs to WAN is not working. Not even connecting with the input wire.
