Model: RE330
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.23 Build 230418 Rel 60395n

The RE330 extender has been working fine for a couple of months but will only retain UPnP connections for a maximum of five days after which all UPnP links are dropped. A LAN scan shows no UPnP connections though all devices are shown and seem to be working normally other than that they can't be controlled or accessed through the extender. Only rebooting the extender restores links. The system log shows nothing. The extender has two UPnP devices hardwired to it and two others connected to the router. I have assigned a static IP address to the extender which gave a bit more stability but only for a few days until connection drops again.

  @keithsonic

Hi,

Did you set up the UPnP on the main router? As this extender does not support to set up UPnP.

Will the UPnP connection be stable with the main router? Please also connect to the main router directly and test as well.

And you can also check if there is firmware upgrade for the RE330.
