Instable internet only on laptop

Firmware Version: 1.6.2

Internet lost connection only on laptops with realtek rtl8723be. Smartphones no problem.

When i lost my connection, i disconnect the wifi adapter, wait a few seconds, start the adapter again and then it goes well. Sometimes for hours,sometimes for minuts.

Don't shoot at me but it is horrible.

Is there a sollution?

Hi,

For your case, please refer to "case3" in this troubleshooting guidance: The internet connection is unstable or suddenly stops working when connected to the Deco network?

Besides, please also make sure that the computer with realtek rtl8723be is working normally. You can connect to different WIFI or hotspot as a test.
