Deco is in 4G/5G Router Mode but ethernet lan port doesn't work, we have checked both port. How we can solve?

Please check if you have set IPTV settings for the ports: How to Configure IPTV function on Deco.

 

You mentioned that in 4/5G mode the Ethernet ports are not working, do you mean that it can work normally in router mode?
