Hello,

I recently purchased the Archer A23 because it advertised a Gigabit WAN port. I have a 600mbps connection but when I setup my AX23, it has a cap of only 100Mbps full duplex. Was I scammed? I went through all the settings however there's no way to toggle the specs & duplex of the router.

I thought upgrading to the AX 23 from my Archer A5 modem (also advertised a 300mbps max speed) would change things however, I am still experiencing the 100mbps bottleneck. Someone please help me I am desperate!

Hi,

Check if your AX23 has the "Internet Port Negotiation Speed" setting shown in the screenshot below.

Also verify that the Ethernet port of your modem (or whatever your AX23 plugs into) also works at 1000 Mbps.
