Yes i want to revert it back into generic one since I buy it from the reseller, it was preinstalled with that firmware (I have been search in this forum that it was Taiwan stock firmware)
I want to revert it back, to update some of the issue in M7350
also from the solution you have given me, I have already tried to download from the website, but when update it said "Update failed. The update file is not suitable for the current firmware."

Your firmware is probably too old, thus you might not be able to upgrade straight to the lastest version. It is advised that you download a lower-level firmware, such M7350(EU)_V4_181220, from the official website first.
Please give us a screenshot of the error message if it still fails.
