USB Cellular backup
Would it be possible to add a backup connection function via mobile data to the USB port? We occasionally have stability issues with the fixed connection and would welcome a backup function.

Support for cellular USB-modems is in the firmware, but for some reason it is not available in all regions. in my opinion, this is a wrong decision.

Go to Russia and buy AX73 with RU region.
TP-Link routers are very difference depending on the region.

During the state of war between Russia and Ukraine, it's probably not a good idea to go to Russia :))) it's not exactly close to me. So in the RU version of this router the function is available and in the regular EU version it is not? Hmm, that's frustrating. So again I have to solve the problem differently, because TP-Link doesn't deliver the features I need sometimes (TFTP support, backup support via mobile internet, ...). And it's not one of the cheapest routers. I guess I will reach for another solution next time.

Try typing "4pda ax73" (without quotes) into Google and you will be taken to a Russian forum about this router.
look for the “transitional” firmware and read carefully about this trick.
