Model: EX920
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.4.3.1.7 build 6080.0

Honestly, I do not know what the issue is. I've been going back and forth with my ISP, but I am not confident in their troubleshooting as they couldn't fathom where I pulled logs from.

We've been experiencing random disconnects, drops etc and the ISP has come out and replaced the entire setup.

But we've been experiencing buffering, disconnects on devices hardlined to the router through a 2.5gbps switch. We upgraded our network cards and can get the 2.5 speeds but reliability seems to be an issue.

What logs do you need me to pull to diagnose this issue? The ISP cannot figure out what the issue is and we shouldn't be experiencing these d/cs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The model may be incorrect but it's an ex920 I couldn't find it via the drop down menu.

Thanks

  @Alarson

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you connect your device to EX920 directly via same Ethernet cable, can you get stable connection? If so, you may take a further check on your switch.

What is your exact network topology?

As your product EX920 is a customized model for ISPs only, that is reason why both you and us can not find it from drop down menu.

  @Marvin_S

It's not our switch as we will lose all devices wifi or hardwired. The signal just disappears. Every device gets booted for 30-45seconds and then it comes back up.

I can see the devices hardlined through the application. I have around 20 devices which this router should support. And yes, we tried going directly in and suffered the same issues. And the ISP wants to blame the switch too. But I've ruled that out because when I happens it's everything.

When it was at the worst it appeared the tech plugged in the wrong ac adapter. And it's somewhat stabilized, but still happening.
