Hello TP Link Community,

I have 2 routers Archer A6 V2 which supports OneMesh and Archer C6 V4 which supports Easy Mesh & OneMesh but i'm not able to set both of them in a mesh setup. Currently Archer A6 is just shown as a client in Network map instead of Mesh Device.

Please help me with this.

Thanks & Regards

  @Chetas

There were successful attempts to build a mesh between an Easymesh and Onemesh routers.

To be able to do that A6 v2 (Onemesh) has to be your main router and C6 v4 (Easymesh) has to be the satellite device.

Use the WPS method to build a wireless backhaul mesh between those two - details.

Hi,

Just an additional note.

The screenshot above shows the Archer_A6 connected to the Archer C6 via "LAN".

Note that the WPS method mentioned does only work for creating a wireless Mesh between the Archer A6 V2 and Archer C6 V4. The LAN cable between the two routers must be disconnected, as otherwise it would cause problems.
