Model: Archer AX1800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.19.0 2.0.0 v605f.0 Build 240229 Rel.46682n

Dear All,

I purchased a router, but when entering the settings to configure the download bandwidth, the configuration does not appear, only the upload one.  Is this a bug?  How do I fix it?

Here's a screenshot:

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

That's a good question. Your router model is EX220 v1. It usually has been provided by ISPs for their customers.

Here you can find its user guide. Take a look at Chapter 14 - QoS. You'll see that your screenshot is the same as in this document.

However Step 4 says: "Enter the upload and download bandwidths provided by your ISP."

My advise: Ask your retailer to return this device and change it for Archer AX20 / AX23 or similar of your choice.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".
