Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hello everyone,
I have bought an Archer AX55 router as well as a TP-Link Omada EAP225-Outdoor antenna and a TP-Link PoE Switch (TL-SG1005P V2).
I want this to make a unified network, but I can't work out how to set it up.
At the moment, the router and antenna are transmitting on two separate WIFI networks.
How can I set this up?
Kind regards,

Yes, that's correct.

You also may use Deco system which includes an outdoor unit as well - Deco X50-Outdoor. All Deco units are compatible to each other.

If you choose the Omada mesh - here's a guide on how to build it at home.

The only thing you could do with these two is to set their SSIDs the same.

If you're after a mesh network, these two won't do the job for you because they are different technologies - Easymesh (AX55) and Omada mesh (EAP225).

Here's the difference.

Thank you for your reply. I understand the problem better because I thought there was only one mesh technology available from TP LINK.
My need is for an outdoor antenna and if I want to benefit from mesh technology, I have to go for the OMADA range as there is no outdoor antenna at EASYMESH.
Is my understanding correct?
