When charging my M7450 Mifi, it won't reach 100%, only 98% no matter how long i charge it. Tried to change the battery but it's still the same. 
 

How to fix?

You can try to plug the power adapter in different socket, use different usb cable and different power adapter to test whether it's the power adapter or USB cable's issue.
