EAP615 firmware 1.2.4 after upgrading Omaha Controller to 5.14.26.23
Hi all,
Since upgrading my Omada Controller (OC200) to Controller Version 5.14.26.23, I have been experiencing frequent disconnects of a EAP615 that is located off the same switch as it. Two EAP235s and an EAP225 are unaffected, and operate as before the update. I'm not seeing anything in the logs to indicate why the EAP615 is disconnecting, just that it is.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice would be appreciated....

If you aren't using Mesh functionality, disable it in the controller and continue to monitor.

Can we confirm your clients have good signal? Goto the client page and click on the 3 dots on the right. Check all Columns.
Look at the signal column. If it's below -73 on both bands... thats the start of low signal. Then we can figure out if the clients arent roaming properly.
Also make sure power levels are set to high on all APs.

@KimcheeGUN - it isn't an issue with the clients unable to connect to the EAP615. The EAP615 periodically loses connectivity with the controller than reconnects - this is on a wired network on the same switch, and this is the only device on the network having this issue. The issue is being reported via the Omada Controller, but the only thing in the log is loss of connectivity and the device rejoining.
Clients fail over to one of the older, non WiFi6 APs, then slowly roam back until this happens again.

Hi @jmanderson
Do you mean the EAP615-wall showing disconnected and connected on the controller? This means the EAP lose the connection with the controller, you may check the Ethernet connection of the EAP.
Will the internet be affected at that time?
How often will the disconnection issue happen?

@Vincent-TP - it is just this access point, and the message, as you say, is on the controller.
It was quite stable before the upgrade to the new version of Omada Controller, but now shows disconnects 4-6 times per day. I've reseated the network cable just to be sure.
Oddly, if I am able to get to it while it is showing a disconnect, I can see the LED lit.
The other odd symptom is that it will sometimes show on the map as connected to a port on another switch.
Again, all this started after the latest Omada Controller update.
