I recently switched ISPs and since then I have had terrible latency to the point where I can't log in to my internet banking unless I disconnect from WiFi due to timeout issues. 

 

This happens across multiple devices throughout the house. Once I disconnect the meat and connect to the ISPs modem the latency is fine and speeds are fantastic. 

 

I need to resolve this as I am unable to work from home with this issue.

@EoghanR Try running the Deco model(s) in access point mode

Hi @ImtiazAli . Yes I've tried that but unfortunately it made the lag even worse if anything.

  @ImtiazAli no I didn't. Im not sure I even know how to do that. Can you direct me to any guidance on how to go about that please?

 I should clarify that I did a reset on all deco devices so I'm assuming that should have the same effect

@EoghanR When did you do the reset? before setting the new network with new ISP?

 

As for deleting the network, you can do it by tapping on the routers (at the middle of the app homepage) then select "delete the network" from the 3-dot menu at the top right corner.
