Hi,

 

First make sure both AX55 Pro are running the latest available firmware version.

 

Then refer to https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3731/ .

I followed the instructions and now I am experiencing disconnection when using Ethernet, but when I unplug Ethernet, the network is restored.
