I cannot connect to the M7010 mobile router.  It fails to authenticate every time.  I connected once but now it is shutting me out! Passowrd and SSID are correct

Hi

 

It is recommended that you use the default SSID and password to connect after reset: With the Mobile Wi-Fi powered on, use a pin to press and hold the reset button until
all LEDs turn on momentarily to reset the Mobile Wi-Fi.
