Disabled these things in wifi properties

 

it still has a spike in ping when you open wifi slection menu

also i disabled switch usb service that helped too

My T3U device started getting the issue again after restart so i installed the official 2018 driver then uninstalled it, then i restarted the pc.

The Default windows driver was intitialising properly. so i did update driver option and slected the windows driver. it's now working, and i haven't seen a 3000 ping.

Not sure about the 2 lost pings though
