Model: Archer MR600  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220826 Rel.58057n

I have a MR600 4G router with sw: Firmware Version:1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220826 Rel.58057n.
It is configured with a backup of 4G if the WAN fails. 
Lan setup is : (192.168.0.254)
When it is booted with a network cable for the WAN port, change the IP address on the router to the default address (192.168.1.1).
Anyone experiencing the same problem

May I confirm some information to understand your situation better?

1. Please share your exact network topology.

2. As you mentioned, when it is booted with a network cable for the WAN port, please share the screenshots of the Internet page from Web UI and other screnshots if you think they are necessary.
