Hello, I have a WD 3 TB HDD attached via the USB. One of the uses is Macrium Reflex 8 backup over wifi. I'm backing up my 500 gb SSD in my Dell XPS 13 laptop. It is taking 40 plus hours to run a full backup 370 gb via wifi.

I have cleaned the drive and formatted it. I did a clean install of windows on my laptop.

If I backup by connecting the external drive to my USB 3 hub it's taking just over 2 hours.

Any suggestions?
