Hi, i have a problem, the modem of my ISP, restart 3-4 times per day (like if i disconnect the power of the modem) when the deco x50 is connected in access point mode through lan cable.

 

Any clue of what is causing this?

Hi,

 

Usually the Deco devices will affect the front router it is connected to.

Please test with different Ethernet cable and also different Ethernet ports.

 

Is Deco the only device that connect to the ISP router?

Please also provide the network topology.
