Internet Access TP Link 5FB0
I've just purchased a new TP Link wireless 4G LTE router
on the box it is showing it has internet access however when you connect an apple phone via Wi-Fi on the phone it states no internet access
I inserted a Lebara 10g SIM card
signal strength is good on 2 bars

Please also test with other devices.
If all devices cannot get internet access from the router, please refer to this thread.
How to troubleshoot if there is no internet connection when using 4G Mobile Wi-Fi(Case 1)
If only the iphone do not have internet, please check if there is any advanced settings like Access control. And also test if the iphone can work normally when connect to other WIFI.
If all the advise above cannot help, please contact the local support team with the results with the troubleshooting steps.
