I had this issue for a while now it has gotten worse, and as seen on the ping below, it becomes unbearable. At first I thought only my laptop has this issue, but as per checking multiple device also had this issue but not noticable because other device does not use it for calls/video meetings. At first I thought it was because of interference from other devices, which is the reason why I connected the 2 Deco's using LAN cable. However, it became worse. as seen on the ping below. I have added IP address reservation to test, removed it and still the same.

This ping test was from a laptop, I have gathered logs from the device however, I was not able to identify the cause of the issue.

Note: Also have tried using USB wifi adapter on the laptop to check if the laptop is the issue.

 

I have checked the log from device and here is the logs I see:

The log you provided is not about the issue you mentioned. 

 

Please ping gateway and provide us the ping result.

And what is the model number of your adapter on the computer?

For background I am pinging both the gateway, main deco, and the deco where I was connected and all have RTO at the same time.

Also have tried to connect to the main deco and do the ping test still the same issue.
