Hi, I've the EB810v 10G router and I ran into the USB Sharing setting issues. I'm not able to configure the USB Sharing setting from the web-base and the screen just hang forever. I've formatted the drive as NTFS. I tried to reboot the router after plug in the USB drive but it didn't solve the issues. I would appreciate help. Could it be the firmware issues? Thank you.

As EB810v is a customized model, sorry that we can know much less than common wireless router models.

For you USB sharing configuration, you may refer to the two guides below:

How to access USB storage device on the TP-Link Routers from Windows or Mac OS

How to access my USB storage device on the TP-Link Routers from my Android and iOS phone

 

And it is also suggested to contact local technical support for some help.
