With VPN now already added , can we add VPN Fusion to the same VPN Clients so each device connected can be forced which type of Network to use and use Multiple VPN Network at the same time. 

VPN Client 1 Connect to VPN1 
Client 2 Connect to WAN. 
VPN Client 3 connect to VPN3. 
VPN Client 4 connect to VPN1.
