Could you please provide more details about the specific issue you are encountering? Typically, when all the lights on the extender are illuminated, it indicates proper functionality. However, if only the power light is on, we suggest performing a reset and reconfiguration of the extender.

Please use a pin to press the reset hole for 1 second to reset the extender. 

After resetting , you could refer to the following video to reconfigure, please note that the extender should be placed next to the router during configuration:
