I have PX50 wifi mesh system which works very well. I would like to boost wifi the signal in my garden which would enable me to have my driveway gates controller on wifi. Can I link an X50 Outdoor Deco module to my PX50 to achieve this -mi prefer a wireless solution rather than Ethernet.

Yes, you can - as long as Outdoor X50 can establish good WiFi link to in house PX50. 

 

Here is simple test you can do: take smartphone to the place where you plan to put Outdoor X50. In that place, turn off/on smartphone WiFi. See if smartphone can reconnect to PX50. If it can, so will Outdoor X50. If smartphone can't reach PX50 - Outdoor X50 will most likely fail, too.

Hi Thanks for the observations and suggestions. I will follow that and should be able to find a decent location for the X50 outdoor module
