Firmware Version: RE550

The model is RE550 and every time I go on the app add devices and try to connect to it, it just says failed to connect and I have followed the steps on what to do.

Hi,

 

Make sure you have input the correct WIFI password.

If it cannot work, please also try to set up via web browser.
