Hi,

 

I can connect the Tv to my main router, but not to wifi extender. I can connect other devices to the extender. When I try to connect and enter my router password, an error message of "authorization failed" appears, which according to Toshiba support means the password is wrong. However, when I log into the tether app and check the password, its exactly as I have entered it ( 5 times ! ). Thanks.

Hi,

 

Please let the TV forget the SSID, and then connect again, make sure that you didn't input space or other characters accidentally.

 

And please also try both 2.4G and 5G WIFI.

You can also try to reboot the range extender.
