first time on the forum and I am desperate for help. I have a Zyxel EX5401-B1 router and I cannot connect the TP-Link AC1750 to it. It was working well with an old Zyxel router but when I upgraded to the present one, I could not connect the extender. Has anyone experienced the same or heard of imcompatibility between these two products.

Any suggestions of which wifi extender will work with Zyxel-9017 EX5401-B1. Thank you

Thank you for the reply and help. I have tried all three methods including the app. I was told try switching off Mesh and band steering on the router and that should work. I know they are both on. Too worried to mess thing to change settings on the router but I have to do it this week. Wish me luck.
