Model: Deco X50  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.5 Build 20240718 Rel.44414

Bought 3x new X50 yesterday. Very impressed, easy to set up but on day 2 (today) I've added my son's iPhone 12 Pro and set up parental controls. 
As soon as he opens apps or tries to log into anything it drops the WiFi connection and I get the attached screen. 
I tried adding "tplinkdeco.net" to the allowed website list but that has no effect on this issue. It kicks his phone off the WiFi every time. 
Can you offer any help? It's no good like this!

Hi,

 

Parental Control will not disconnect the WIFI connection.

Please check if the iPhone 12 Pro is added into the deny list. Or there are any other advanced settings. And you can delete the profile and create a new one.

 

If the issue persists, you can also test with other devices to check if the same issue comes out.

Ive already tested with other devices, there are two other phones in use on the same WiFi and those are fine. it doesn't disconnect those. 
 

The only one with a profile is his device. Its not in the deny list (nothing is). 
 

I understand that parental control should not disconnect the WiFi but something is disconnecting it as soon as a request is made from an app on that phone. 
 

Any idea what's causing the problem?
