Hi,
I am connected to wifi via the router. BE1900 Tri-Band Wi-fi 7 Router Archer BE800. Wifi connection works great. Installed the app. But the app can not find the device. Have tried reboot tje roiter, re installed the app, restated the mobile. Still same problem.
Tried from my laptop (running Windows 10 Pro) browser and iphone browser but can not connect to tplinkwifi.net nor to 192.168.0.1. Have talked to your support, please see there log.
They did not manage to help me.
Please instruct me on how to connect to the router so I can configure it.
