Hi - my new AV1300 adaptors pair up fine but there is an issue. The adaptor with the ethernet connection to my Starlink router shows 'internet' but the other one does not. If I swap the adaptors over the same thing happens - internet light on the ethernet enabled one is the onbly one thats shoiws. Any thoughts please?!

May I know the LED status on the powerline units?

 

You can check the LED explanation. The Ethernet light will only be on when it is connected to a powered on device.

The ethernet connection light is lit on the adaptor connected direct to the router. The ethernet light on the second adaptor is out buit the power and powerline lights are lit.

 

The units are paired. If the adaptors are swapped over the situation remains the same - no ethernet light on the second adaptor......
