Omada Portal stuck at connectivitycheckgstatic
Hey guys!
I have two independent sites, with the same hardware in both locations. I configured the Portal with Wifi for visitors, without authentication, on site 1 it works normally, as soon as it connects, it asks to log in, I just click on the Login button created by the Portal and the user navigates normally.
On site 2, I made the same configuration, but when connecting to the Visitor network, the Portal opens and the login screen does not appear, the website connectivitycheck gstatic keeps loading infinitely, after a long time the Web page not available appears:
The web page at 192 168 40 1 webpages cs_dis could not be loaded because:
net.:ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I've already checked the OMADA service, firewall, nothing resolved. The controller is software, both PCs are the same, Intel i5 12th with 16GB of RAM.
The configuration on both sites is the same, where am I going wrong? The controller version is 5.14.32.2

Same config even for the DNS servers?
What's this page? Is this your landing page or the controller portal page? I think this is not the resolved properly somehow. What would be the IP, gateway IP and DNS server when you connect to the WIFI?

You are using public DNS servers. Have you tried to use the default DNS and see if it can be resolved?
Landing page, the default controller portal page. So to speak that is a page you accessed after you have logged in to the portal.

I am having the same issue exactly using a TP-Link ER707-MS Router. It only has issues when enabling a portal on a network. If I disable the portal, I have no issues.

Please provide the following information:
Exactly the same URL displayed like the OP?
What's the DNS server?
What's the controller version?
Firmware of your ER707-M2?
Screenshot of the portal config.
