Hi,

 

I'm using omada standard cloudbase controller and ER605 v2 na router.

 

We frequently encounter problem about not able to login to the portal for andriod users. This is the error appear on their mobile screen "The page at https://aps1-omada-controller.tplinkcloud.com says: error:timeout of 30000ms exceeded" .

 

Troubleshooting done:

1.Disable DNS Prox and DNS Chaching under "Settings ->Services ->DNS Proxy | DNS Chacing and change the DNS of the wifi users to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1

-still randomly experience

 

2.Reboot the router and ISP router - it is temporarily fix but after a day or 2 it becomes a problem again.

 

Summary :

Omada Standard Cloud Controller version:  5.14.26.40  | hosted in Singapore

Router : ER605 V2 , Firmware: 2.2.6 Build 20240718 Rel.82712

AP: EAP620 HD(US) v3.0 , Firmware: 1.2.6 Build 20240312 Rel. 65357

Does the issue happen on all the clients?

 

Please clear the cache of the web browsers, and input omada.tplinkcloud.com.  Will the issue persist?
