I live in a large home that doesnt have a great local internet service provider, so i have two internet lines into the house and run two seperate wireless networks. Is it possible to combine them and run as a single network in my home?

You can't do that with Deco mesh, but there is a solution.

Look for dual-WAN router. It does not need to be WiFi capable. Place it in front of Deco mesh, connecting router to both internet lines. Configure Deco mesh to run in Access Point mode and connect Main Deco to dual-WAN router.
