Hell,

I have 3 deco 5 units. Is it possible to connect 2 with cable to router and the 3rd one via wifi.

You should be able to do that, with Deco mesh running in Access Point mode. This is how I have it in my house.

 

In very rare case, router may not support Deco Ethernet backhaul, but most do.
