Hi.

I was wondering if it's possible to select which EasyMesh node connects to another specific node and which band it uses for the wireless backhaul. Currently, in my setup, the router is connected to the main node located in the study room. The nearest node to this one is in the bedroom. When the node connects to the study room node, the wireless backhaul performance is poor, with speeds only around 30-40 Mbps. However, when it connects to the bedroom node on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, it can reach up to 300 Mbps. But if it connects only on the 2.4 GHz band in the bedroom, the speed also drops to around 30-40 Mbps.

Addon 14/11/2024,

Can also add on assign specific ip to specific mac address function? Because I need to manage my home network device.

So whether can TPLink Implement this?

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestions on TP-Link products.

I would report your suggestions to the related department, and they would consider adjusting and adding related features based on actual conditions and user feedback.
