Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1

Hi,

Not sure if it is a known issue, after upgrading my Deco XE75 pro to current firmware 1.4.1, my 3rd-gen Nest learning Thermostat fails to associate wifi. Even I have enabled IOT wifi with WPA or WPA2, still no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Is there any error message when you fail to connect? You can also refer to its User Manual and check if it needs to change the settings on the router.

Make sure that you have input the ID and password correctly and no space. Reboot the Deco and try again.

And you can also create a 2.4G guest network and try to connect again.
